  I would give 0 star if I can. They are horrible; do not do business with them. I tried to close my account with foreign currency recently. When they said I have to wait for two days to sell the fund first, I was fine with that. I asked them to issue me the fund in check form. They said I would have to pay if I want the fund in bank check, otherwise, I would have to go in again to get the cash when the fund is available. It seem very ridiculous that they cannot provide complementary bank check when closing your account. Meanwhile the "customer service representative" was rude and unprofessional. When a client ask you a question, you don't answer by looking elsewhere and say uh-huh. Don't waste your time and money at this place.
