  As a vapor I've been to a few vape shops and when I came into Cloud Cave, I was completely surprised. It wasn't what I thought it was. I walked into a completely chill mellow shop. The employee greeted me better than I've ever been greeted in any other shop before. Next, I see a drill and swivels for customers to use for their means with building coils and that right there I haven't seen in any vape shop. That showed me that this place really cares about vaping. That this place not only cares about the customers that come in there for business but they care about being able to do everything they could to make the customer feel comfortable and fully satisfied. Lastly what amazed me was how Cloud Cave ran. The vibe I felt was it was meant to be the area where people felt like they wanted to be around. What I mean by that is that the people that came in, the staff wants them to always feel like they are able to relax, hang out, and learn. The reason why I say this is because you see multiples couches, a pool table, Xbox and PlayStation consoles, prices, and the staff over there always does everything they can to make us vapors feel confident about vaping and be happy. Juice prices and hardware prices are amazing. They won't rip you off over here or be the vapors that only want your money. If you have questions they'll answer them. They just want to help you. The employee that helped me my first day, he taught me so many more news things and made me feel completely welcomed. A couple of days after that I met another person who worked there and he did the same for me. Both of them always tried to give me whatever I came for but also be my friends and have me enjoy myself. For them I am completely great full. I am great full because I've been to so many shops on the island because it's convenient for me, I live on the island. The thing though is Cloud Cave made me not care about traveling. They made me realize I care about being a satisfied vapor. At Cloud Cave money isn't the first thing that comes to their mind, it's the customer satisfaction. You could clearly see that at the shop. They probably are most of the knowledgeable vapors I've ever met. Every time I see them and interact with them, I'm always learning new and new facts which benefit me and vaping. Thank you guys for being the shop that's made vaping more enjoyable for me and for letting me be a customer at your shop.
