  Dealt with owner and staff. Great guys. They accidentally made a tiny crack (I could of not seen it) on my front windshield and were completely honest about it. Could you imagine a shady shop owning up to it and replacing it free of any charges... Anyways tints were done and I'm a happy customer. Will be coming back for future service.
