  If I could, I would rate this store lower than 1 star. This store has terrible customer service. The staff allows the customers to wait for 20 minutes for them to get a pair of shoes located on the same level, 20 feet away. Also, the staff is extremely careless while checking out bought goods... they have increased my purchase price by $20.00. When I realized it after walking two blocks and walked back and waited at the front of the cashiers, another staff told me to wait in the back of the long line. I explained my situation thoroughly to the staff member, and he told me, "You still have to wait at the back." Flushing isn't even close to my house! If I had nothing to do, I would've been an easy going customer and wait. But I had to attend a meeting, so I told the store worker that they made a mistake with my purchase, and I shouldn't be waiting another 20 minutes because they made the mistake. Do NOT let this store's staff boss you around. Better yet, don't go here at all. If you really have to go, and if the place is convenient to you, remember that you are the customer. They need you, so take charge, and if they annoy you in any way, speak up. This store really needs to get their system straight.
