  Words cannot express how wonderful every single staff member was! The quality of care my mom received was second to none. This experience has assured me that if my mother needs further care, The Grand will be my first choice, I will recommend to anyone needing this service. Thank you all!!
  
  Well the above post still holds true as far as the care she received from the staff, however, once my mother was released the Social Workers
  job was done. I was given River Spring Health services as the agency who would be providing at home care for my mother and I got nothing but a run around. My mother has now been home for 3 1/2 weeks and still no service. I've had to find my own service, which meant starting the process all over. When I contacted the Social Workers at The Grand and explained the situation, they gave me no resolution at all. As a matter of fact, not one voice message was returned and the two times I spoke with someone, they advised me that they would look into it and nothing was done. The last telephone call I made I was told by the Social Worker that he would personally look into it and get back to me. That was a week ago.
