  If I could give it negative stars I would. Terrible selection. All I went in for was wiper blades. Wouldn’t accept a pep boys coupon provided for doing an online survey. Offered no explanation. Having worked in retail for many years, I know there is a way to override to accept. They obviously had no interest in me ever coming back. Mission accomplished.

  Their work is good. They are honest. The one thing that needs work is the speed of the paperwork and speed of the service. Also, they tend to underestimate the time your car will be ready.
