  I gave a 5 for quantity but not quality!
  Please note that I received the vase with the flowers that I ordered on Monday on time. However, the bouquet I received is not the one I ordered. I asked for "red and white roses, not many a few". The bouquet has several flowers, but only one white flower and it is not even a rose. The other roses are Fuschia color.
  
  You must have delivered my bouquet to someone else. And I have somebody else's.
  
  Or the person who did the bouquet disregarded my request completely. In that case I want an explanation in writing.
  
  Please let me know how you want to proceed.
