  I have started taking classes at My Yoga Revolution in Astoria a month ago. I like the6pm Beginner's Yoga, it is a convenient class to attend after work. The teacher is friendly, and you get a lot of personal attention during the class. I find that my energy level has improved dramatically, since i have started taking yoga. I get a lot more things done in my day, my body has more strength and my mind is more focused. Beautiful studio, affordable, welcoming and easy to get to.
