  My visit started out rough. I had a check engine light on and went to the closest dealer(I'm from NJ). The gentleman I first came in contact with asked if I had an appointment(older man with glasses). I said NO, he told me I could not be helped today. I explained that is a good distance for me to go home and I was uncomfortable driving with a broken vehicle. He insisted I make an appointment. I then moved my vehicle out of the building and parked it. I walked in and asked for the manager. I spoke to Michael at this time and explained my situation. He asked me to drive back in the department and he'll take a look at it for me. I drove in and he took my information, walked me to Henry and explained my situation for me. Within about two hours Michael and Henry came to me and said the vehicle was repaired. It was a minor issue with a sensor that was in stock. Henry and I went over paperwork and I was on my way.
  Now with that being said, the place is under construction. There is a level of dust and noise that was quite out of the ordinary. Also the customer area was cold and the coffee was unplugged. I mentioned to Michael about the coffee and 5 minutes later he brought me a hot coffee. He did explain me that changes are being made and he asked me to come back. I will defiantly return. Nice guys.
