  Since they moved to Maspeth, they are horrible. Placed an order in Nov 2016, was charged IMMEDIATELY and as of May 2017, I am still not in possession of it. Everytime I call, they have no idea what I am talking about but then say give us a week....or it is in production now. I want to cancel the order but they tell me I can't since they have it on their list as a request. Thieves by taking my money and no professionalism on the workmanship.
