  Tandoori is a Bukharan restaurant - the "Uzbek" label that Google tags it with is not precisely correct, although the food is very similar. Major differences include the fact that Tandoori is closed on Shabbos and for the week of Pesach. In any case, it is a wonderful restaurant, although it can be intimidating at first as much of the staff speaks little or no English. But there is an English menu, and pretty much everything is delicious. For best results go on a Sunday late morning and watch the tables of men coming, going, and drinking lots of vodka.
