  Device is good, but that's very ridiculous that cashier cannot accept Amex cards, while he told me he lets customers pay by cards. I really hate that inconvenience - forced me to pay by cash after I showed him

  Tea is decent, sometimes too sweet. The boba can be stiff in the middle at times.
  
  My issue is on two occasions they've closed earlier than their hours posted, both times I've come 10-15 minutes before 8pm. Please change your store hours if this does not reflect the hours you actually operate.
