  For $18, I expected a much better clean. I had to tell them while the dash board & Windows. They didn't even touch the mirrors, or tires. I only have 2 stars because the guy I told actually whipped everything down.

  At the price they charge, they should do less talking and pay more attention to each vehicle. They rush through cleaning and drying the vehicles. This place needs better management on the outside, entrance and exiting area, and put away mobile devices, it takes away from the performance. When you enter, they rush to brush, never brush properly, and the use very little soap water on the brush. On numerous occasions, they used the same brush for the tires and rims to brush the car, that is a no-no. Once you get to the exit side, they rush drying the car, do not properly clean windows, they barely clean all the suds from the door frames, and they place a smidge of tire shine on each tire, but they charge so much, ridiculous. Speaking with management over the years has not improved a thing, they are not professional. Service is horrible, we believe they feel they can do whatever they want because there isn't another carwash in either direction for about five miles. Don't be fooled, I have listened to DOZENS of customers with the same, if not similar complaints. I decided to go to Atlantis car wash, it's a few miles away, but service is much better, and any complaints are taken care of immediately. This location has supervisors on both sides to entrance and exit side to assure each driver gets the proper care. I do not know the exact address, buts its located in Brooklyn, 1650...
