  If i can give NO stars i would!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I came here to get a dental implant. About two days later i was having severe pain, i called the dentist office and one of the young ladies i spoke with stated “pain is normal” give it about a week and call us back if it doesn’t get any better. A week later i called back and stated pain has gotten worse can i come in for an emergency look at the implant. “We don’t have any appointments available this week.” Ok fine. I try to wait it out a few days or so more to see if the pain will subside. The pain got worse and the implant fell out !! I called and explained to a girl on the phone that my implant fell out i need to see the dentist ASAP. Again she states we don’t have any available appointments this week, so i have to wait a week to get this checked out?! Clearly it’s an emergency. They said they’ll speak to the doctor to “squeeze” me in. I never got a call back. I began looking for another dentist, this is just ridiculous. You would think a dentist would want to treat the person he has worked on with the most care, but NO not what i got. Now that i have found another dentist, i call Lucky dental to get my records emailed or faxed.. the first story was that they needed approval from the doctor, and they will call me back, no call back.. a few days later i called again and they got approval from the doctor.. asked me for my email and everything. I called back because i never received the email. When i call back they said oh I’m sorry miss we can’t send them because our computer that has X-rays stored in it has crashed. I will call you back when the computer is back up and running. This was THREE weeks ago ! Fast forward to today, never got a call back regarding the computer.. i called and requested my records again and the computer is still crashed and there’s no way to get the records... ok so how is the dentist looking at patients teeth??? Or older X-rays that might be needed to continue a process of an implant or something more major? This is exactly why i left this office, they are not allowed to keep any health records from a patient by Law. Yet they refuse to give me mine! Hmmm no one on the other side of the phone seems to have answers. First of all they don’t even answer the phone professionally, they don’t have answers you need and they just say i don’t know to all your questions. I will NOT recommended this dentist office to ANYONE !!!
