  Customer service is horrible and suspicious. Came in 12/12/2017 with my vent dummy to be packaged and mailed for $36.00 to Beacon, NY. and was told I couldn’t see them package my doll but to just leave it on the counter and they’ll take care of it later...huh?? Seriously?
  
  I was told this after I had filled out all the paper work and signed everything.
  
  I told the young man who mumbled this to me (with no eye contact) that that was NOT acceptable and quietly took my dummy and left the store fuming inside. I’m a senior and it was hard enough for me to get to this UPS Store to have this sort of experience.
  
  I wouldn’t trust this UPS store with any of my packages!!
