  Shady realtor. Scheduled to see a house to buy, they said it was under renovation, and I could see it on Sunday. I called to confirm on Thursday, that said it was under contract. This house has been listed for less then a week, you did not let anyone have the opportunity to see the house, how can you accept the offer so fast? This realtor is getting much less money for the seller of the house, who has not even seen all the bids yet! Not showing the home to prospective buyers, and accepting the winning bid is doing a serious disservice to the the seller, they could be losing thousands of dollars, and never know about it.
