  I just dropped off my jacket to ask for same day service as they advertised and met with an adamant "NO, Monday after 5". Not even Monday morning. So same dayy service does not exist apparently!
  
  Perhaps I should begin with, I walked in and the woman there was busy looking at herself in the mirror, so sorry to interrupt. Second, very lax manner, like I disturbed her rather than being customer service friendly, emphasis on friendly.
  
  $16 for dry cleaning and I asked for 6 buttons reinforced and when I asked since this information was not given to me how much she tacked on $10 for the six buttons. I just think that's outrageous so I said no and she shrugged (there goes that great customer service) adjusted the receipt. I told her I guess you guys don't need the business I sarcstically said and was met with the same shrug.
  
  I have never had a problem with this place, but at this day and age when keeping customers and being a good neighborhood business is so few, it saddens me. This is cleary a customer service issue and I would have to follow up at a later date with the result of my dry cleaning to give a fair review for that service.
