  On Friday July 28th at around 5pm, a green van belonging to Hallen Construction with license plate digits of 8400JY was driving recklessly on two separate occasions in Atlantic Beach and Lido Beach. After the driver, an older male intentionally flew by and cut off one of 8 cyclists the first time, he did it again to me. I approached his vehicle on the drivers side and asked him what his problem is, he said "get your f*ing bikes off the road". This indicated malicious intent. If you cannot trust someone with cyclists lives on the road, are you really going to trust that person with your construction? It says share the road with cyclists everywhere. This is a bad bad man.
