  Man, no good things last, huh? I am so very disappointed by this cleaner now. My first experience with them (review below) was perfect. However, the second time was horrible. I sent them 6 sweaters to be dry cleaned and this time they messed it up royally--three of the six sweaters shrank 1-2 sizes and on another one the texture of the garment was totally different. They also didn't have the same fresh smell as before. They were definitely not dry-cleaned, but actually laundered as usual with water--that's the only reason there would be shrinkage. I could've done that myself and not paid $6 per item! Now I'm stuck with having paid them to ruin expensive wool sweaters that had otherwise lasted me years and years. Very disappointed.

  Yaaaaas!! This place is amazing! My clothing came back beautifully clean, smelling great and perfectly packed. Sweaters looked new, and dare I say even better than new in the case of a sad 5-year-old Forever 21 top. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also mended the holes in another item.
