  The staff was very rude when I asked them to make a chicken panini and another panini with no meat in it. The manager pointed to the cook and told me to go talk to him. I walked over and asked the cook if I could get a panini with no meat just cheese and the cook started yelling..
  "THERE IS NO BUTTON ON THE REGISTER FOR JUST A CHEESE SANDWICH, I CANNOT MAKE JUST A CHEESE SANDWICH. "
  
  I walked back the cash register as I had been on a plane with my wife for 10 hours, we were returning from Europe and I knew she wanted it with no meat. So I told the manager, Look, I am not asking you to bring the price down, all I want is no meat just charge me the same price, that's when he put down the phone he was talking on and said okay, I can do that. WOW all that drama for just a plain cheese sandwich. They should have just been upfront that they didn't want me to sell me a cheaper panini, I wasn't even thinking that they should charge me lesser.
  We were having that meal after almost 15 hours..10 hours travelling and 5 between airports and we still had to take the flight back to dfw from jfk. It so happened that we chose to stop at this restaurant as this was near our gate. I am just shocked how people in the service industry can yell at customers and think they can get away with it. I hope the owner sees this review and trains the staff better.
