  Don't know who the guy is who posted the 1 star rating but this is not a solicited review and guess what? I can spell, make grammatical sense and don't sound like I missed the "No child left behind" education program!!! I have been in gyms all my life and I have yet to meet a more caring and family oriented environment which is perpetuated by the owners. It's all trickle down. Price is AVERAGE for a crossfit gym and MUCH cheaper than a regular gym membership with the add-on of personal trainer costs. Commitment, caring, relationships that are nurtured, positivity and optimism are infused into this environment and you are made to feel as if you are part of a family. I could not recommend this gym more.
