  while the food is usually good, I felt quite uncomfortable having a waiter watching me the entire time I was eating from just a few feet away. . it was intrusive and disturbing; and when I paid the bill there was no thank you-- he just yanked the signed bill although i tipped him at an undeserved 20% -- he seemed to be angry (to be a waiter?)
  It seems the staff at different times or days creates a different atmosphere. I have been there on days where the staff was very pleasant and courteous...
  i may or may not return ... but don't feel comfortable recommending it if it's a hit or miss
