  I was going to give the hotel 4 stars, because it is clean, has friendly service, and you can tell they're making upgrades. However, the second night there I woke up in the middle of the night clearly able to hear our neighbor next door first arguing, then their sexual activities. And when I mean clearly, I mean that I could hear every single word. Additionally I don’t think the window in our room was completely installed because I could feel a breeze and kept trying to close it, but it was already closed.
  
  If you don’t mind thin walls, I would recommend this hotel (I happened to be traveling with children and was concerned about their possible experience) as it was fairly priced. It is very close to the subway; however, the subway is not stroller or wheelchair friendly (not the hotels fault).
