  The staff are liars and unwilling to help the client. Terrible. I put my children’s clothes to wash and I always wash them with HOT water. Today (Oct 28, 2017 @ 10am) I notice my clothes are washing with COLD water... not even warm. They had the hot water turned off. I checked the other machines and I told the staff who showed me a sign on the wall and said to complain to the management.
  That number is a voicemail and no one answers or calls you back. However the staff went in the back/service room and turned the hot water on.
  Then she told me that there is hot water and pretended to not understand my frustration.
  Obvious this place has the sucky staff in the world. I even told her in Spanish that now that you turn the hot water on please have my cycle restart. They refused and said there is hot water and ignored me.
  Retarded people !!!
